Monday- Shopping and Wrestling!

Today we planned to head to wet & Wild so we got the i trolley down to w&w and had our breakfast at ponderosa which is $3.99 all you can eat buffet, including all cereal, hot food, jelly, desserts and its VERY popular, when we cam out it was looking pretty overcast and i was dying to go back to the outlet mall and hit the shops again, so with rob convinced we headed down.

We were only really suppose to come to one shop Aeropostal which is a nice shop that i had been to when i was last in the states.However on route we saw someone doing characters which we had been meaning to get done and he was alot cheaper than the parks so thought we would come back, we went to the Levi shop where the jeans were about $30 but hard to figure out the sizes, so i picked up a t shirt instead lol, then we saw the Fossill shop, i had been moaning i wanted a new watch adn we saw some in the window for $40 so bit of a bargain for Fossill, we had a look round and there was tons of stuff we liked, i got a lovely watch which was only $30 and rob got a fancy link style watch, the bags and sunglasses in there were also lovely, and kick myself now for not getting more.

Next we headed to the Aeropastol shop, this was pretty cheap the hoodies were like $30 dollars or so so i grabbed what i fancied and headed to try stuff on i figured out my jeans size hurray, i got 2 pairs of jeans, a t shirt, and a fun top,oh and a lovely knitted hoodie too, rob found a nice hoodie and some boxers he liked, the jeans were very cheap some were like $16.99 so very impressed.

It was looking a bit dark so thought twice about wet and wild although poor rob had been carrying the heavy bag round with him, we stopped off to get our cartoon of us done.



think it was $25 it was $70+ in the parks so i think its good, but rob doesnt think it looks like him, we were just about to head for the bus back when rob noticed he lost his glasses and was pretty sure they were in the changing room so i got myself a seat while he went searching he was gone maybe 45 mins turns out rob who prides himself on having the greatest sense of direction had got lost, and to top it off someone had nicked his glasses so he had to buy more.

It had now got too late to do w&w as i was going tot he florida mall and rob was going to go to wrestling at universal.
so we just got the bus to the hotel, quick change and i headed on the bus to the florida mall in search of the Scrappy Boutique which we failed to find last time, i just asked someone in the car park where target was ( as it was next to SB) and headed off, it was raining a bit now but it was ok, it was quite a long walk but i wasnt so bothered. Rob had text me to say he made it to Universal and i made it to the shop.

Hurray been excited about coming here for months, got a bit excited and bought half the shop then i thought i would just nip into target and buy a little more, all went well with the bus to the hotel and i got back to the hotel about 8 and had a pizza while i waited for rob to return.

So these are a few photos rob took to the wrestling, he had trouble with the buses getting there waiting over a hour so he missed all the VIP access but he really enjoyed it, these are a few photos he took while he was at City Walk

This is all the fun in Target its mad that its a supermarket but you can get all this cool stuff, i headed back on the bus which was fine and quite impressed with my bombing about florida on my own. Not long after i got home rob came in he had been to popeyes
So i thought i would lay all my scrappy stuff out and see what i had

Islands of Adventure, Luau & Golf- busy day!

Today we had a switch to our 'schedule' so went to Islands of Adventure which is in universal, now compared to Disney the rides here are pretty crazy. I came here when i did camp america so kinda knew my way about last time i got a great photo in the entrance with my mates so was keen to get another fun one.




So we headed to the one we thought would be busiest THE HULK this is very fast upside down twirly wirly around but great fun, but it was so quiet we just walked on.





Then we headed onto the Spiderman 3d ride which is also a favourite of mine, someone rob convinced me to go on a water rapid ride only because it was a Popeye one, before i got on the ride i asked which was the driest seat, they just laughed and said was i kidding oh dear!......................

We were on crazy rapid where the water flew in the boat soaked our seats, through waterfalls so right over our heads, completely soaked top to bottom- could not believe how wet we got!





We were wet all day it was a bad day for me to wear denim i had a soggy bot ALL day not very nice.

After we plopped our way from this ride we took a few snaps in the cartoon area





As fun was Toon Lagoon was it wasnt patch on Doctor Seuss land, this was a favourite of mine last time i was here so was excited to go back and take some fun photos!







As we were heading to the Laua quite early tea wise we thought we would have a early lunch so went to Mythos which has been voted top theme park restaurant for 6 years in a row, it was all cave themed and really nice meals.

Walking around this side of the park there was alot of construction going on then we remembered



they were building Harry Potter Land, how terribly exciting we tried to look but couldnt really see much due to open 2010 so a while to wait yet i guess.

As with DTD there was a xmas shop here which i loved and took lots of sneaky photos and bought some fabby new decorations.





great arent they, the grinch things were all really fun and it as hard not to get carried away in here.

We headed off to the Luau after this which was at seaworld so headed back to the hotel for a change and made our way over to seaworld which was a 10 min walk from our hotel woo hoo!




We were seated to a very strange starter which was a salad with orange sauce on it with banana bread- have to say i didnt touch a bit of it yack.

The show started and way great with dancers, fire eaters and al-sorts really good





The meal was nice, with fish, chicken, rice and ribs, i had no clue what the pudding was so rob eat both or ours lol.we met the tiny dancers after the show


Now as this was now our last week we were really trying to cram in everything we wanted to do and one thing was a little more crazy golf, so off we headed onto IDrive for some golfing fun.
Rob chose a Congo River one with live Gators which were very popular out there, so there was a plane crash, car crashes in water etc and it was a really fun course.







We had crazy fun and just got back to the hotel before a almighty downpour when it rains it really rains here!
