i swear rob was with me here look
Shark Bait.We went to the Nemo ride first which having done the nemo ride in Paris and it being our favourite we were a little disapointed by this but we got to sit in a big shell, but that was about it really. Not a rollercoaster like in Paris but a dark ride ( a dark ride is a slow moving trolley which moves around where you see moving characters or video screens)
Soarin! was fab where you literally soar through California and all the different smells and stuff this was really fun. You feel like you are flying as your glider moves in front of a massive screen so you are immersed.
At the other side of the park are lots of different mini countries with small versions of all the landmarks. Below is England, China and Rachel in front of Mexico (look at her cool cap! - but her head was burning)
Rach - We headed over to the worlds' but found there were so many and it was soo hot i was flagging a bit -

But we had a yummy Sweet and Sour in China so that was good, next we hit the rides again, we did Test Track one of robs fav disney rides, basically you are a crash test dummy testing how fast the cars are going how well they break etc so a very high speed ride great when it went outside and sped around the track awesome ride and our favourite in this park.
Now im not so bothered about going on rides so long as i dont get wet, so went on Mission Space quite happily (this is a mission to space obviously- You are on a shuttle and launch off to space - lots of G force as you lift off) and when we took off i left my stomach on the floor, came so very close to being sick and then felt ill afterwards for a good while not a happy chappy.
We also had a potter in the shops

We ran out of time as it is a massive park and headed back for the shuttle bus.
Once we had dont everything we wanted here we headed to Down Town Disney-DTD, where rob really wanted to do DisneyQuest which is just a load of arcade games.

best sandwich shop ever!

Rainforest Cafe across the water - We go to this themed restaurant another day.Disney quest was good, but quite dated, it had some classic arcade games in there and had a good time learning to draw Minnie (see mine and Robs efforts above) and it was big, but quite busy and had to wait a while for stuff.
(Rob - it was great to play all the Arcade games for free - like Mario Kart and Air Hockey and there was a 3-D Pirates of Caribbean where you were on a ship and with some other people you had to shoot cannonballs at 3D pirates. That was one of the big attractions there but a lot of the others needed updating and would have been amazing about 10 years ago - but all the computer graphics date quickly compared to the rides in the parks - I bet they update Disneyquest in the next few years)
We had a potter round DTD afterwards before the bus came.

rob loved his mickey chocolate Pretzel

and i caught up with some old friends.
Overall i didnt much like epcot but worth a look just for Test Track and Soarin really, rob seemed to like it more than me maybe it had something to do with my poor feet

i took at least 2 pairs of shoes with my every day coz they all hurt in different places, and rob went on and on about how comfy his trainers were grrr xx
